All pastry is delivered by 7:15am and things do run out as the day goes on. To ensure that we only serve the freshest pastry (always baked day-of), and to limit waste, we encourage you to come early, order online or use our app to reserve items if you have specific preferences. Daily availability & seasonal specials will vary.
Croissant
Our traditional French croissants are made with 100% European butter and have a light flakey crust and a rich buttery flavor. This is the closest you will get to France in Wyoming!
CHOCOLATE CROISSANT
Our delicious croissant filled with dark Valrhona chocolate.
ALMOND CROISSANT
Croissant with a frangipane filling, topped with toasted almonds and donut sugar.
SEASONAL FRUIT CROISSANT
November - Croissant with pumpkin pie filling, topped with whipped cream and an oat crumble.
SPINACH FETA
A vegetarian croissant with a feta and spinach filling, topped with poppy seeds.
HAM AND CHEESE CROISSANT
This savory croissant is filled with prosciutto &sharp white cheddar, topped with sesame seeds.
CINNAMON BRIOCHE
Our cinnamon rolls are made from laminated brioche, swirled with Ceylon cinnamon and brown sugar, and dusted with cinnamon and sugar.
KOUIGN AMANN
A florette of laminated Danish dough coated in caramelized sugar.
BLUEBERRY MUFFIN
This sweet muffin is made with fresh, tart, blueberries, and topped with a slightly crunchy oat crumble.
MORNING GLORY MUFFIN
This whole wheat based muffin combines banana, apricot, raisins, coconut, oats, walnuts, and flax for a hearty breakfast option.
SWEET SCONE
Fall- Maple pecan with sweetened cranberries.
CHEDDAR SCALLION BISCUIT
A buttery biscuit mixed with shredded cheddar and fresh scallions.
FLOURLESS CITRUS CAKE
This light, very moist, citrus cake is made with almond flour, as a substitute for wheat flour, fresh orange zest, eggs, and sugar.
CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT BANANA BREAD
Our moist banana bread is topped with the perfect pairing of chocolate hazelnut spread.
PUMPKIN MAPLE BREAD
Our favorite pumpkin bread topped with maple butter glaze and sprinkled with pumpkin seeds.
FRANGIPANE TART
Delicious seasonal fruit tops our decadent almond pastry cream and is baked to a golden brown in our handmade sweet tart shells.
FRENCH MACARON (FLOURLESS)
Macarons rotate flavors daily.
S'MORES COOKIE
Toasted meringue oozes out of our house made, chocolate-dipped graham crackers. And with the addition of our Chocolate Hazelnut Butter to the mix, no other s’more will stand a chance.
CHOCOLATE CHIP WALNUT COOKIE
This decadent classic cookie is exploding with semi-sweet chocolate and toasted walnuts and topped with a light sprinkle of sea salt.
DOUBLE CHOCOLATE WALNUT COOKIE (FLOURLESS)
This egg white based chocolate cookie is filled with dark chocolate and toasted walnut.
OATMEAL CRANBERRY TOFFEE COOKIE
Filled with toasted oats, bursting with tart dried cranberries and finished with a bit of chocolate toffee, our oatmeal cookie is a great twist on a tried and true favorite.

Our Vanilla Sablé Cookies are not your average shortbread. Made with rich European butter and intense Tahitian Vanilla beans, these mini-cookies melt in your mouth and are our favorite accompaniment to a warm cup of Bellocq Tea.

These crispy, chocolate-y Chocolate Sablé Cookies are made with rich European butter and Dutch process cocoa, and are particularly delicious when swapped into a campfire s'mores.
GINGER MOLASSES COOKIES
Our Ginger Molasses Cookies are gingerbread with a kick. Full of flavor from lots of dark molasses and ginger, these little treats finish with a hint of black pepper.
